The ADOR Return Policy: Your Satisfaction Guaranteed

Despite our best efforts, there might be instances when you wish to return an item. ADOR's return policy is designed to cater to your needs. Here's a breakdown:

Returnable Items

  1. Faulty, damaged, or soiled items: Return within 30 days.
  2. Incorrect size/color: Return within 30 days.
  3. 14 Days No Reason Return: Return within 14 days for a refund of the item price (return shipping fees apply).

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original packaging with tags.
  • Items must be in brand new condition (unwashed, unworn, unused, unaltered).
  • Special conditions apply for women's swimwear.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items outside the warranty timeframe.
  • Washed, worn, used, tag-removed, or misused items.

Before Making a Return Request
